Navy Veteran Carl and his wife Brooke recently purchased land and are excited to announce the grand opening of the Incumbent Equine Center coming soon to Harriett's Bluff in Camden County Georgia! Carl is a farrier by trade and collectively they have rescued and rehabilitated four horses which began their stable.
